Units that are new, but are missing original packaging or have small cosmetic defects (see pictures) that will not cause any issues in the efficacy of the machine. Any units listed here as new will still be 100% covered by the manufacturer's warranty as long as they are installed by a licensed installer and registered for warranty within 60 days of installation. 

Used equipment will not be covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
