Cancellation policy

If you determine that you need to cancel your order, please call us or email us immediately. The faster we receive the cancellation request the more likely it is that we can cancel your order before it ships. 

If your order has already shipped (or we are unable to cancel the order before it ships)

• All freight shipments must be refused or you will be responsible for return shipping in addition to the restocking fee of $175 as below
• All parcel (UPS / FedEx) shipments must be reported to us upon their delivery if refusal is not possible. We will supply a return shipping label. The cost of the return shipping label (in addition to the $20 restocking fee below) will be deducted from your refund.

All shipped orders will be subject to a restocking fee of $20 for a parcel item and $175 for a freight shipment, in addition to any return shipping fees.
