This unit is Scratch & Dent Grade A. It may have some missing packaging or slight cosmetic defects. It will still be eligible for the Goodman Warranty.

This is a Goodman GSX14 split system air conditioner condenser, 14 SEER, single stage, 2.5 TON. This unit uses R-410A refrigerant.

Installation restrictions: This 14 SEER system meets the Department of Energy efficiency standard for the Northern region only. It does not comply with Federal regulations for the following States and cannot be shipped to or installed in: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

New installations of R-410A air conditioning equipment are also banned by state law in Washington and New York, so this unit cannot be shipped to or installed in those States.
